Using the portal
Use Tab to move between controls, Enter to activate links, and Escape to close supported dialogs. Statuses include words alongside color. Your device’s reduced-motion setting limits animation. You can switch between light and dark themes in the header.
Report a barrier
Use Request a change at the bottom left, Support, or email legal@deepwavesystem.com. Include the page, what you tried and the device or assistive technology you used. Do not include passwords or payment details.
Testing and improvements
We test the interface with automated accessibility checks and manual keyboard and mobile checks. External payment and signing screens are supplied by their providers. Report any problem so the team can offer an accessible way to complete the task. This statement does not claim that every possible device and assistive-technology combination has been tested.
